🍦FRIDAY FLAVOR DROP🍦
Story time: A few weeks ago, we accidentally oversalted a huge batch of brown butter toffee cookies. 😱
Instead of tossing them, we did what any reasonable ice cream people would do: We chopped them up and folded them into vanilla ice cream with brownie chunks and ribbons of malted fudge.
Tbh, it may have been one of the best mistakes we’ve made all year.

FESTIVAL EXCLUSIVE: The Dubai Chocolate pop!
Yes, we finally gave in to the craze. . .
For our version of this delicious treat, we dipped our pistachio ice cream in a rich milk chocolate kataifi shell. It’s creamy, it’s nutty, it’s INCREDIBLY decadent.
Please note!! THIS IS A SPECIAL RELEASE POP THAT WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE THIS SUNDAY AT EAST PASSYUNK’S FLAVORS ON THE AVE.
Come find us at our booth within the festival—East Passyunk Ave between Mifflin and 13th Street. This Sunday 4/26 from 12-5pm.
Both of our scoop shops will be open as well, but the Dubai Chocolate pop will be available only at our festival booth.

We have big news! We’re working on plan to welcome you in to our scoop shops SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! 🥳🥳Currently we’re closed on Mondays and we know it’s a huge bummer, especially when the weather’s nice. But in order to add more hours to our schedule, first we need to add more team members!

Happy Friday everyone!!! If you haven’t had a chance to try our Valentine’s-inspired Pink Chai & White Chocolate, don’t wait ‘cause we only made a small batch!!
We’re obsessed with this Kashmiri pink chai blend, which is a green tea mixed with roses, cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise. Its striking pink color comes from the traditional method of preparation called “pulling” (aka aerating) the tea by repeatedly pouring it from one pot to another at a height of about two feet. After making the tea, we combine it with our dairy, add a little white chocolate for an extra kiss of sweetness, and freeze. 🍦🫖🌹
