Do you or someone you know need a commercial space? Do you have the steady profits to open a brick and mortar business, but most corporate landlords have too many requirements for commercial renters? If so, you could be the perfect person or business to take over our former space!
This duplex building serves as the primary residence (and only residence) of the owner, and is not owned by a corporation, or managed by a leasing company. The owner is offering a straight forward, simple lease, and is hoping for long-term renters who bring value to the local community.
Please spread the word and help us ensure this remains a space for the community!
