Sushi restaurants are known for their exquisite taste and fresh ingredients, and Kaiseki Philly on Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia is no exception. This sushi restaurant has been serving up seasonal, simple, and sublime sushi for three years now, and it's easy to see why they've become a favorite among locals.
One of the standout features of Kaiseki Philly is their Anniversary Bowl 3, which was created by Chef Andy to celebrate the restaurant's third anniversary. This bowl includes botan ebi (spot prawn), akami (lean tuna), otoro (fatty tuna), madai (red seabream), kanpachi (greater amberjack), ikura, tobiko, and sweet sh*take. It's a true feast for the senses!
In addition to their Anniversary Bowl 3, Kaiseki Philly also offers a variety of other sushi dishes that are available for pickup or delivery. And if you're lucky enough to snag one of the four seats at the sushi bar, you'll be treated to an even more intimate dining experience.
Whether you're a die-hard sushi fan or just looking to try something new, Kaiseki Philly is definitely worth checking out. With their commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and creating dishes that are both simple and sublime, it's no wonder they've become such a beloved spot in Philadelphia.
