Our awesome team, Jeff, Jason, and Blaise went out and visited the farms! It matters to us how these pigs are raised. No antibiotics, no additives, nothing artificial ever! Our pigs are the least-stressed, most nutrient rich pigs you can get in the Northeast US. Raised on family-owned farms in Lancaster, PA & processed in Montgomery, PA.

At Porco’s, we’re proud to be serving up small batch pork made from 100% Berkshire & Duroc heritage breeds, raised on family owned farms in Lancaster, PA! We embraced Roman style Porchetta, and we honor the Roman style by using the entire side of the pig including the loin, belly, and rib meats. We even went out to the farms see it for ourselves (photos coming soon 😉). No antibiotics or additives, ever.
