Chops Restaurant was a well-established American steakhouse located in the Comcast Center in Philadelphia. It opened its doors in 1995 and focused on redefining the modern American steakhouse by offering signature dishes prepared with USDA prime grade butchered cuts of beef, fresh seafood, seasonal and local ingredients, and eclectic specials that were prepared daily by their chefs. The restaurant prided itself on having an extensive wine list featuring over 100 world-class wines from various regions across the globe. In addition, Chops Restaurant had a spacious dining room with an upscale decor where patrons could experience exceptional service standards. For those who preferred a different atmosphere, they could opt for casual al fresco dining at the outside patio while enjoying the vibrant business district's backdrop. Unfortunately, Chops Restaurant has been permanently closed.
