Think a pick a partable (not a word, but it should be 🤣) giant cinnamon roll!! Yum!! Pop it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and you will NOT be disappointed!

- Scratch Made Tandy Cake $5
Scratch sponge cake topped with peanut butter & Chocolatecand some Reeces Pieces

- Jumbo Homemade Chocolate Cookies(2) $4

Any sandwich can be made into a salad. But- the four specialty salads we are offering:
-Berry Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad
Baby Spinach, Grilled Chicken, Strawberries, Blue Berries, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans w/ choice of dressing.

-Crispy chicken Salad
Romaine lettuce, fried chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, shredded cheddar, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes & homemade cornbread croutons. With choice of dressing

- Southwest Chicken Salad

We got salads now!!
Desserts I made this week:
-Chocolate Peanut butter filled cupcake.
(Scratch made chocolate cake filled with homemade peanut butter cream cheese icing, topped with chocolate ganache, peanut butter icing and Reeces’s candies)

- Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups filled with peanut butter icing

- Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups filled with Cannoli Cream

As the weather gets warmer a light meal is often what I crave. I’m sure I’m not the only one, So starting this week we will offer salads as a menu option. A few I have in mind:
- Chicken Caesar Salad
- Crispy Chicken Salad
- Berry Spinach Salad (w/choice of protein). I’m thinking this one with either balsamic glaze or our homemade maple mustard would be tasty!!
- Cobb Salad
- Caprese Salad w/ grilled chicken

You’ll have the option to turn any of our sandwiches into a salad if you’d like to. Or you could turn the salads into a wrap!

I wanted to do something a little different for desserts this week. Think these are fun, and yummy of course!

What I’ve made for ya:
- Traditional Dirt Cake
(Crushed Oreos layered with and a vanilla creamy
goodness)
- Biscoff Dirt Cake
(Crushed Biscoff cookies layered with a vanilla
Creamy goodness)
- Peanut Butter Banana Cream Dirt Cake
( Crushed Peanut Butter Cookies layered with homemade banana cream pie filling)
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Dirt Cake
(Crushed Oreo Cookies layered with Homemade peanut butter pie filling)

And…
- Fluff-a-butter cup
( homemade peanut butter pie filling layered with sliced bananas and marshmallow fluff)

These are all the perfect individual size! And, they’d be great as a dessert for your Easter gathering!
