After opening and closing a burger joint that just wasn't the right fit, three guys from Philadelphia decided to try again - this time, with hot chicken. They developed and tweaked their recipe over eight months using trial and error before finally getting it perfect, and just like that, Hot Clucks was born. EST 2023 - come check out the new cluck on the block!.
