To get to the ice cream shop and ice cream parlor located at S 9th Street in Philadelphia, there are a few options for public transport. You can take the subway or bus. The closest subway stop is Ellsworth Federal Station on the Broad Street Line. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk east on Federal Street until you reach S 9th Street.
If you prefer to drive, there is street parking available in the area (but be sure to read signs for any parking restrictions). Alternatively, there are paid parking lots nearby as well. From Center City Philadelphia, head south on Broad Street until you reach Federal Street. Turn right onto Federal and continue until you reach S 9th Street where you'll find the ice cream shop and parlor located nearby.
