This is the first ever photo that I took of Fitz & Starts VIP (Very Irish Person) Colin Freeman, launching him into a year-long career of being Instagram’s Most Sought After . And, seeing as how it’s with Irish Soda Breads, it feels appropriate to share today.

Happy Pi Day!
In celebration of our , we're highlighting all of the beautiful pies that has gifted Queen Village with, rotating seasonally and absolutely, always, slaying the pastry game. Crumble tops, lattice work, pies with two fruits, no fruits, and pies that are purple— you name it, we've done it.
It's been an honor sharing a slice (or two, or three) with y'all, and we hope you'll join us in our last week of service. I'm not crying, you are.

Fitz & Starts & Fitz & Tarts
Our lemon rosemary tart, with house made pâte sucrée and lemon curd, is our riff on the classic lemon tart, with an added elegance that not only looks fancy (see: Put a Sprig of Rosemary on Anything to Take it from a 4 to a 10), but tastes wonderful.
We’ve got on our rosemary tinted glasses, and all we can see is Brunch.

THIS ONE GOES OUT TO ALL THE VEGANS HERE TONIGHT.
Chia Pudding— made in house with coconut milk and chia— topped with our Birdseed Granola and Seasonal Fruit (we’re talking apples and cinnamon and raisins because Winter, Baby, it’s not over yet).
It’s a staple for plant-based homies and the “I wanted a sandwich, but now that I’m looking at it…” folks alike.
