Located in the heart of the Delaware Water Gap, Buttermilk Falls is a total hidden gem that feels like it belongs in the Pacific Northwest rather than a road trip away from Philly. The best part? You can see the main falls right from the parking area, or take the steep climb up the wooden stairs for a view from the top.

You should know: first part of the Buttermilk Falls Trail is pretty difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it for children and very beginners - it’s a challenge for your lungs, your knees, your glutes. But if you can make it to the top - you’ll be rewarded with amazing views and adventures on the trail.

If you’re looking for a weekend escape that trades city sounds for rushing water, this is your spot.

There was a time when I didn’t think much about what I ate. I just wanted something sweet at the end of a long day. Or just to cheer myself up a little bit.
But I started noticing how certain foods made me feel — heavy, foggy, unsatisfied. I realized I wasn’t craving sugar. I was craving comfort.
Nosincakes began as a personal decision: what if dessert could feel intentional instead of impulsive?
What if something sweet could be beautiful, nourishing, and… just amazing?
That questions became the brand. I hope 🤞

Some things really do deserve to be done not slowly, even meditatively.

Folding the Love Box is one of them. No rush, no shortcuts — just hands, paper, and the quiet focus that comes with making something special for someone else.

These small moments of preparation remind me that care isn’t loud, and love doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just about taking your time and focus on doing one thing well.

Yeah, sometimes I have probably too much of thought behind every fold.

February feels like a month about love —
not loud, not rushed, but quiet and intentional. Winter slowly loosens its grip, the days get a little brighter, and you start reaching for the light again.

For me, choosing love also means choosing things that actually nourish me. Thoughtful treats made with clean ingredients, created to feel good and be enjoyed slowly.

Penn’s Cave was on my bucket list for almost three years — ever since I moved to the U.S. and started exploring the place I now call home.

Pennsylvania’s nature is magnificent. It reminds me how deeply we’re connected to it — how every choice, even a small one, can make a difference.

And yes, I had my Nosincakes Peanut Bars with me. Because you never know when adventure — or hunger — will strike. No sugar, high energy, a boost of protein and healthy fats - that’s what I will always love about my peanut bars.

Too busy to eat? Please, stop - you’re destroying yourself.

Skipping meals = burnout. And trust me, I’ve been there.

Poor breakfast or no breakfast at all… and suddenly you can’t fight your junk food cravings. Familiar situation? Yeah, we’re alike - and that’s exactly why I’m here to help.

When I realized I needed something real — a snack that actually fuels me without slowing me down - I searched everywhere. No success.

So I made these peanut bars. 🥜💼

🌟 The recipe of happiness exists! (I believe so) 🌟

Yesterday I was doomscrolling 📱while waiting for my coffee and suddenly ran into a very interesting video message from a lady who was a psychologist (as I remember) 🧠 She revealed a recipe of happiness! 😃

Unfortunately I missed that video and didn’t save it 😔 But fortunately I was smart enough to grab my notebook 📝 and to write down the “ingredients”. Yes, I was that much impressed. After all everything she said sounded scientifically justified for me 🧬

👩‍🍳 So here is the 🌟RECIPE OF HAPPINESS 🌟according to a psychologist which video I missed and whose page I hope to run into again:

1. NO ALCOHOL 🚫 Alcohol is a depressant. If you use it for boosting your mind to having more fun this night, be ready to lose exactly same amount of happiness out of your mood (and it’s without regard for hangover).

2. Eat enough protein. Enough protein = enough dopamine ✨, the hormone of pleasure and motivation. And reverse: don’t try to level up your dopamine with chip thrills like junk food, sweets and soda with tons of refined sugar, dumb games on your phone and even dime novels. JUST. EAT. ENOUGH. PROTEIN. What can be easier?

3. Take care of your SEROTONIN with whole foods, unrefined carbs, fresh vegetables 🥒 and fruits 🍎

4. Wake up your OXYTOCIN with sports or at least some exercises 🏊‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️

5. Do all of these steps with your besties ➡️ get your ENDORPHINS increase 🏆

So is it something new? Wait a sec. No way it’s about healthy living 🤯 No way you’re thinking about those enlightened people from yoga classes who’re so happy (as you guess) because of their suspicious herbal tea 🤯

There’s nothing suspicious or extraordinary. Just take care of your body 💪 and it’ll thank you with taking care of your mood. In fact you’ll become two in one: a Curaleaf 💨 and Snoop Dogg, and it’ll last 24/7. That’s it.

To get to Cecil B Moore Avenue in Philadelphia, there are several options for public transport. You can take the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line (also known as the "El") and get off at the Cecil B Moore station. Alternatively, you can take the Route 3 or Route 39 bus and get off at the intersection of 17th Street and Cecil B Moore Avenue.

If you prefer to drive, you can take either I-95 or I-676 and exit at Broad Street. From there, head north on Broad Street until you reach Cecil B Moore Avenue and turn left. There are several paid parking lots along Cecil B Moore Avenue where you can park your vehicle.

Once you arrive in the area, look for a cupcake shop that specializes in sugar-free desserts!
