medium roast coffee from Colombia by way of in Quindío, Colombia 🇨🇴
Really nice and chocolatey, hazelnut aroma, with a pleasant vanilla bean after taste. Great for an espresso drink or a really smooth cup of drip coffee.
Cheers! ☕️

📢 Going to be hosting public cuppings/coffee tastings every Thursday morning at 11am! *Free to attend*
Every week, starting this Thursday 11/13 (11am-12pm), until the end of the year or so.
I'm learning to roast coffee on this new sample roaster I got recently (from ) so I'm going to be setting up a bunch of test batches on the cupping/tasting table. This is an invite for anyone and everyone! come with an open mind, pls 😊 as some of these batches may be not be perfect, some may be very bad, some may be good! but it will still be a very interesting and a learning experience for sure. We'll taste and talk about all the coffees as we sip and enjoy.
I was going to allow guest coffees, but I decided not to last minute. Just to avoid any biases and show offs.
Dm if you have any questions. Come hang out if you can!!
Cheers,
-Luis

People have been loving this coffee on batch brew !
It's a really tasty Venezuelan coffee, sourced from . You don't see coffee from this origin country often, so it's been exciting to feature it and capture people's happy reactions.
This particular lot comes from La Curva, a coffee farm nestled in the heart of El Valle de Mocotíes, in Mérida state. We're tasting flavor notes of plum, cherry, cinnamon, and sugarcane. Seriously the most ideal coffee for the incoming Fall season!
Enjoy a fresh cup or scoop a bag soon ☕️

Now featuring this beautiful coffee from the Juan Peña team in Ecuador 🇪🇨
It's a bit on the expensive side, but we are brewing it as hot coffee, and right now, as a cold brew if you'd like to try it ☕️
It's tasting really nice!! A lot of tropical fruit flavor notes, brown sugar sweetness, and some delicate soft floral layers as well.
Always happy to serve amazing coffees like these for people to try, and of course, it is a pleasure to work with such wonderful coffee producers at origin level.
Come by, hang out, enjoy a really nice coffee.

Say hello to 💎 The Jem 💎 our new elderflower espresso tonic!
This is a very special drink, named after one of our beloved regular customers. (He's literally at Mug every single day unless he's on tour for work!) He would bring his own tonic cans/bottles for us to make him espresso tonics, and over time we experimented with a few different recipes. We finally got to really love this elderflower espresso tonic concoction. So we've added it as a permanent addition to our coffee menu.
It is deliciously crisp, with just the perfect amount of sweetness, full of fragrance and complexity, and carries an extremely refreshing effervescence from start to finish.
You can try this delicious iced beverage starting today!!
Please enjoy 😉
