It looks like the cold is here to stay. So bundle up and make your way down to Chapterhouse this Friday for the Winter Art Party. We will be enjoying some wine and cheese and checking out the new work from 6-8pm on Friday Jan 9th. Please stop by, bring a friend and chat with the artists.

I cannot believe it’s really true, but Chapterhouse has hit the 20 year mark and I have too many people to thank. November 1 was the official day and it was so lovely to see so many familiar faces. Family, friends, loyal customers, current staff as well as employees from the past all came out to celebrate.  I wanted to give a special shout out to: -Di Bruno Brothers set us up with some beautiful charcuterie boards.
-Grace And Proper gave us the most deliious cocktail to share with our guests.
-Jonah Varquez, our good friend and neighbor, catered the most amazing and yummy spread and it wouldn’t have been a celebration without a 20th anniversary birthday cake made by
-Ramona Susan‘s bakery. 
-Em and Ciara did the most amazing job working the bar and raffle. 
If you’re still reading -Thank you! We could’ve never survived without such a loyal following. Chapterhouse has always seemed to draw in the best customers and emplyees from all around this city.  I seem to run into you Chapterhouse lovers everywhere I go. 
We all worked so hard to get here and Chapterhouse has exceeded my wildest dreams. I’m so grateful to my brother Chris for starting up this wild idea for a café in Philly. My parents who supporting us through the difficulties of starting and running a family business. Of course, Marcelo, who worked so hard to get the whole place back together after some big renovations and changes and still loving me in the process.
Cheers to 20 more years!

Finally we are getting some fall feels which means it must be time for the fall art show at Chapterhouse. This is a special one because it is three artists that were here with us in the beginning of Chapterhouse almost 20 years ago. We will be celebrating these artists work and 20 years of amazing Philly based artists this Friday night from 6-8pm. Please join us!

We are excited to give this a try…you asked and we listened. Chapterhouse cafe will stay open till 10pm on Thursdays starting this Thursday! This will only continue if you show up. Knit a sweater, meet up with your peeps or just get your s**t done:)

As things heat up at Chapterhouse we are excited to have these two artists back on our walls. Please join us and cool down this Friday from 6-8 pm. Come take a peek at this new work and cheers to another season of art and coffee at Chapterhouse. We can talk about art, the heat and count the bags of trash piling up. See you there.

Spring time is here and the time has come for new art at Chapterhouse! It seems to roll around so fast. We are looking forward to seeing you this Friday April 11th from 6-8pm.
