After two years of waiting, tomorrow we will open (or reopen) our store. We are rebranding our beloved Kopilatte to Kissaten, which means "coffee shop" or "cafe" in Japanese. As much as we loved Kopilatte, the space limited our creativity in serving the neighborhood. Two years ago, we found a new location at 241 East Girard Ave and have been renovating the store ever since.
We will maintain the same concept as Kopilatte, still serving delicious coffee roasted by our amazing coffee roaster, Vibrant Coffee Roasters. However, we will also expand our food selection, from sandwiches to ramen, and have longer hours from breakfast to dinner.
For now, our selection will be limited as we are not 100% ready, but we can't wait to serve the Fishtown neighborhood, so we decided to start small. Please be patient as we add more drinks and foods to our menu.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Monday 6.5.23!
Monica & Daniel
