It’s heartbreaking to see our former location no longer looking like the place we called home, but we’re happy to share that our beloved booths have found a new home. We won’t be saying where they went, but if you spot them and send us a photo, we’ll reward you with a free jar of pickles!

A huge thank you to Tri-State Mold Doctors for finally providing proper mitigation and remediation. Four months after the flood, our kitchen still had damp electrical outlets due to moisture that had never been properly addressed. We’re grateful to Joe and his team for helping us move forward.

We’re also looking for a company to move two large commercial refrigerators and four deep fryers, as well as someone experienced in removing a commercial hood system.

Most importantly, we’re grateful for New Hope. We’ve been welcomed with open arms by an amazing landlord, wonderful neighbors, supportive businesses, and a community that continues to show up for us. Seeing so many familiar faces this weekend meant the world.

We can’t wait for our Grand Opening on July 18 featuring pizza, sandwiches, and over 50 flavors of pickles! 💚🥒

⚠️ Storm Preparedness Reminder for Our Community ⚠️

A strong storm is approaching the area, and we’re already seeing some scattered power outages nearby.

If you lose power tomorrow, please know that we’re here for our community. While we can’t guarantee what conditions will be after the storm, if you’re without electricity and need a place to cool off, warm a bottle, charge your electronics, play a game, or simply get out of the house for a little while, reach out to us.

We’ll do our best to open the doors of Giovanni’s Dillicious Pickles new hope open and, if needed, the bar space across the street that is normally closed. There will be plenty of games, seating, and community support available. No purchase is necessary.

A few storm preparation tips:
• Fill a few buckets or containers with water now so you can manually flush toilets if water service is interrupted.
• Charge phones, tablets, battery packs, and other important devices before the storm arrives.
• Keep flashlights and extra batteries in an easy-to-find location.
• Use coolers and keep refrigerator/freezer doors closed as much as possible to preserve food.
• If using candles, place them on a stable, nonflammable surface away from children, pets, curtains, and anything that can catch fire. Consider setting a reminder to extinguish them before going to sleep, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Make sure you have any necessary medications, baby supplies, and pet supplies readily available.

Most importantly, check on your neighbors—especially elderly residents, those with disabilities, and families with young children.
