Growing up, I watched my mom hustle, feed communities, and build Shugar Shack Soul Food from the ground up. Now, I’m proud to carry that same legacy forward with my own twist: Philly pretzels, stuffed churros, loaded fries & love.
This isn’t just a food truck — it’s our story on wheels. I’m here to serve flavor, represent for my generation, and show that young Black women can cook, lead, and build empires too. 🛻✨

To get to the location on N Chester Pike in Glenolden, there are a few options for transportation. If you prefer to use public transport, you can take SEPTA's regional rail line and get off at the Glenolden station. From there, it's just a short walk to the location.
If you're driving, you can get there via Route 13 (Chester Pike). There is parking available along N Chester Pike as well as nearby side streets.

Shugar Shack grab n go is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for delicious soul food. The pop-up shop offers a variety of mouth-watering dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Their Soul Bowl, made with Southern fried chicken bites, house gravy, crazy corn and home-style mashed potatoes with a roll, is an absolute delight. If you're in the mood for something sweet and sticky, try their Shugs Chicken Bowl made with house-made sticky sauce chicken bites. They also offer Turkey or White Chicken Chili over rice with corn cheese and roll and Turkey Meatball Bowl with juicy meatballs in house sauce peppers onions, crazy corn and home-style mashed potatoes w roll.
What's more impressive is that Shugar Shack grab n go partners with Fooda to bring their delicious food to different locations in Delaware and New Jersey. You can catch them at their pop-up location from 8-11 pm in Delaware or 7-11 pm in New Jersey at Shug’s Shack. The combination meal of Shugs BBQ Chix w 2 sides is also worth trying.
