Scenes from our four course NA craft cocktail brunch with ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฅ
We had so much fun serving up this Peruvian and seasonally inspired brunch feast using goodies from Queen St. Bakery ๐
First course was Tamales Rojos that paired deliciously with the spicy carrot bloody
Second course was a seasonal salad featuring organically grown greens & veggies from Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op AND vegan/gf sourdough croutons using Queen St. Bakery bread ๐คค in a fresh squeezed lemon tahini dressing, paired perfectly with an orange mango na mimosa ๐ ๐ฅญ ๐ฅ
Main course featured our spin on a plant-based breakfast sandwich using smoked tempeh bacUn, an Aji Amarillo scramble, huancaina sauce, & salsa criolla on a Queen St. Bakery English muffin. It was so savory, full of that umami flavor, slightly spicy, rich, & creamy. So satisfying.
AND for dessert! My favorite course, a Paw Paw cheesecake using local paw paw grown in Chestnut Hill by two of our guests on an almond coconut crust mixed with Queen St. Bakery 1:1 flour, a mango coulis, and oat milk whip paired with a cold coffee cocktail. So freakin yummy.
I was so happy with how every course turned out and the na craft cocktails made everything soooo much better. Iโm still thinking about that carrot Bloody Mary ๐ฅ
Thank you so much to Queen St. Bakery for showering us with their delicious gf/vegan bread products! We hope everyone enjoyed their coupons! If youโd like to try their products, you can use our code VEGANA10 for 10% off on their website. We donโt profit from it in any way, I just love their bread and am so happy to have come across it as a vegan/gf person!!
And thank you to ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ for hosting!!! And thank you to everyone who joined us!!!
Should we do it again?!
