Good morning Foodies!

It's been a while since we've checked in with our A Taste O' Home family.

Since the devastating fire that occurred last April, we've been taking the time to rebuild, restore, and prepare for the next chapter of A Taste O' Home Caribbean Cuisine. While the journey hasn't been easy, your love, prayers, encouragement, and support have kept us going every step of the way.

Today, we're excited to say that we're getting closer every day, and we'll be reopening soon!

To all of our loyal customers who have been with us throughout the years—thank you for standing by us. To everyone discovering our page for the first time—welcome! We can't wait to serve you authentic Caribbean flavors, warm hospitality, and the home-cooked meals that have made us a part of this community for over 25 years.

Our comeback is about more than reopening our doors. It's about bringing our community back together, creating jobs, supporting our neighborhood, and continuing the legacy that so many families have shared with us.

To get to the restaurant located on Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia, you can take several forms of public transportation. If you are coming from the east, you can take the trolley system and get off at the 46th Street station. Alternatively, if you are traveling from downtown, you can take either the Market-Frankford Line or the Broad Street Line to reach University City Station and then transfer to a trolley that continues westbound.

If driving, take I-76 W toward Valley Forge and take exit 346A for South St toward University City.
Then continue straight onto South St and turn right onto S 40th St. Finally, turn left onto Baltimore Ave and destination will be on your left.
For parking options, there is street parking available as well as several public parking garages in the area.
