Happy Thursday!! We grabbed more gluten-free brioche buns, which means we’re bringing back our BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich for another day!

Can’t make this stuff up, folks. See below lol.
A customer placed an order through DoorDash, specifically selected a sesame seeded roll, and even paid extra for it.
We prepared the sandwich exactly as ordered.
The result? A one-star review and a refund request, claiming they had a severe sesame allergy and had requested a non-seeded roll.
Let that sink in. The customer specifically selected the very ingredient they later claimed to be severely allergic to.
We take food allergies extremely seriously at Johnny Longhots. That’s why we invest so much time, money, and effort into allergen protocols, dedicated equipment, and staff training.
But we’re also a small business, and situations like this have real financial consequences.
We can only prepare what is actually submitted on the order.
Sometimes you really do have to shake your head.

Peyton is participating in her high school’s senior work program, which means she’ll now be holding down most of our lunch shifts.

What an awesome night with Tyrese Maxey and the legendary Allen Iverson!
I have to give a special shoutout to James and the entire crew Dynasty Sports & Framing.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again — what James and his team continue to do for our community is truly something special. It’s one thing to put together an event with big-name athletes, but it’s another to create an atmosphere where families, kids, and lifelong Philly sports fans can make memories they’ll never forget.
What I appreciate most is the passion and personal touch James and his team bring to every event. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who show up and the experiences they walk away with. That doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s a big reason I love supporting what they’re building right here in Bucks County.
James, thank you for always going above and beyond. You and your crew are doing more than hosting autograph signings- you’re creating moments and memories that people will talk about for years to come.
