This February, we’re celebrating Black History Month with a special cocktail inspired by Bessie Coleman, the fearless aviator who made history as the first African American and Native American woman to hold a pilot’s license. Crafted by our talented bartender, Grace, this riff on a Paper Plane is a toast to courage and brilliance - available all month long at The Morris.
Black history is American history, woven into past, present, and future. The Morris, a place rich in history itself, is proud to celebrate the Black individuals who have shaped our country.
