Surrounded by these wonderful people who have been with me through the past few years. Some are here with us, while others are now across the globe in Vietnam but no matter the distance, you are never forgotten and will always be part of our team.

I’ve always believed that a strong team isn’t defined only by how we celebrate the good times, it’s defined by how we stand together through the difficult ones.

A few days ago, I took the first step in my bánh mì baking journey. 🥖

I’ve never baked bread in my life and knew nothing about dough consistency. It was an opportunity to begin understanding the touch, feel, and consistency of the dough. Some things you can’t learn by simply following a recipe.

Making bánh mì is truly an art. The dough must be adjusted based on the temperature, humidity, water, and environment.

Never stop learning and developing new crafts. My goal for 2027 is to bake our own fresh bánh mì bread in-house. 🧡 Liz

I’ve lived in Northeast Philly my whole life and I cannot believe this was my first time at Pho Ga Thanh Thanh. This spot is an institution and was on the Philadelphia Inquirer’s 76 List in 2024 - and for good reason. This place has a small but mighty menu, focusing on their famous boiled chicken pho. The ordering process was so seamless and I swear everything was at our table in minutes. The herbs hit the table first; then the chicken; then the pho. The flavor of this chicken pho is out of this world. Even though it’s summertime and not exactly soup season, I swear I would eat this again no matter what time of year it is. The broth was heavenly!! We also tried one of their rice platters with boiled and fried chicken with chicken rice - basically rice made with their chicken broth. This may have been the best rice ever, I seriously couldn’t get enough. You also can’t skip a Thai Iced Tea or a Matcha here, it’s a must! When you go to Pho Ga Thanh Thanh, you obviously must get anything with chicken, & be sure to tell ‘em PFAB sent ya!

🔥BÒ NÉ IS HAVING A MOMENT🔥
And this Saturday & Sunday ... DAY 5 & 6 BRING IT!
We started with 8 skillets → now over 30!!!
Last weekend the skillets were flowing, but then that pho ga rush came through at the same time😆
So we leveled up again.💪
More kitchen staff. More front staff. Better flow. More skillets ready to sizzle.

Day 2 of Bò Né… SOLD OUT again! 🔥🥩

We’re truly grateful for the amazing support we didn’t expect this response. Starting with limited quantities, we’re both excited and humbled to sell out again.

We understand the disappointment if you missed out. We’re already working on making adjustments whether that’s timing, quantity, or other kitchen flow improvements to better meet demand as we learn.

If you still see Bò Né coming out after we announce sold out, those orders were placed earlier and are in the queue.

With our busy core menu (especially Pho Ga 🐓🍜), adding Bò Né has kept the kitchen running nonstop. Thank you for your patience as we find our rhythm.

Day 1 of Bò Né… and we SOLD OUT! 🔥🥹

We truly didn’t know what to expect, but you all showed up in the best way possible. Every sizzling platter, every smile, and every kind word made today unforgettable.

We sold out by 11:45 AM! Thank you for your patience as we were limited on sizzling plates. We picked up more today, so we’ll be ready for tomorrow.

Bò Né is available in limited quantities Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM–12 PM (or until sold out).
