Wednesdays mean you have three opportunities this week to lunch at Suraya! We always recommend starting with the hummous – traditional, crispy cauliflower, short rib, or fatar (mushroom) – always served with fresh, warm pita. See you beginning at 11.

Kibbeh Nayyeh is not only a beloved Lebanese dish, but it is widely regarded as the national dish of Lebanon. In Middle Eastern culture, it represents trust and connection to tradition. At Suraya – where we always base our menu around tradition – we prepare this Levantine classic with raw lamb, bulgur, sweet onion, basil, mint, marjoram, and long hots. Enjoy this cold mezza with dinner tonight!

What people say
Suraya is a must-visit restaurant in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood. The restaurant, named after the owners' grandmother, offers an authentic Lebanese dining experience that will transport you to Beirut. The market inside the restaurant is stocked with spices, rose waters, and fresh hummus that you can take home with you. In the morning, enjoy a cup of Stumptown coffee and a manoushe breakfast flatbread in their light-filled garden. Suraya's daytime cocktails are also worth trying. The restaurant's location on Frankford Avenue makes it easily accessible for locals and tourists alike. Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant!
