Today, June 15th, was just as beautiful as it was back in 2010 when I opened our doors at 9am for the very first time. ✨
This has been the wildest adventure I’ve ever taken on. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel grateful to the universe for allowing me to build this dream.
Still a work in progress. Still loading. And with a lot more fun in store.
Thank you for being part of the journey. 💛🇦🇷

Life at the bakery lately? It’s been a little bonkers. 🫠🤪😎
Farmers markets are back in full swing, events have us running all over town, and somehow we always find ourselves back at the table, rolling dough and making another batch.
There is flour everywhere. Pastelera. More facturas. More tortas. And somehow… even more dulce de leche.
Thank you for keeping us busy, for supporting small businesses, and for giving us the opportunity to keep doing what we love.
Now, back to making more pastries. 💛🇦🇷🥐
