Franny Lou's Porch was a coffee shop and tea room located in the heart of the community. Harper and Fannie Lou Hamer, it sought to honor these civil rights activists through their food offerings and space they created. Unfortunately, Franny Lou's Porch has been permanently closed.

To get to Coral Street in Philadelphia, you can take the Market-Frankford Line subway and get off at the York-Dauphin station. From there, walk east on Dauphin Street until you reach Coral Street.
If you prefer to drive, take I-95 to exit 23 (Girard Avenue) and head west on Girard Avenue. Turn left onto Front Street and then right onto Diamond Street. Finally, turn left onto Coral Street. There is street parking available in the area.
