We're headed to Penn! Opening a permanent location inside the new Penn Food Hall at 34th & Walnut, hopefully by the late winter.

Stalls from Goldie, Kensington Quarters, Pitruco Pizza, Little Baby's Ice Cream, and The Juice Merchant will make up most of a new food hall replacing Moravian Food Court at 34th and Walnut Streets.

Hey folks, we're looking for a new full-time manager-pizzaiolo to help us run the truck. Do you know, say, a killer line cook who's way more talented than they're being compensated for, and who's open to outside-the-box opportunities? Hit us up!

From our craigslist ad:

Pitruco Pizza, Philly's premier wood-fired pizza truck, is searching for a full time manager-pizzaiolo to help oversee all aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience, ideally involving pizza, and will have had experience supervising others (e.g., a sous chef with strong organizational an interpersonal skills or a restaurant or food-truck manager with some pizza experience under their belt). Additionally, candidate must be able to drive the truck and be prepared for a busy summer season (6-day work weeks will be routine) and relatively slower winter (4-day work weeks will be the norm).

Possible compensation up to $40k/year, commensurate with experience.

Please email resume or give us a call to discuss this opportunity further. We look forward to hearing from you!
