*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and serve sushi and other Japanese-inspired dishes
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Order and receive ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to create menus and specials
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and presentation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
