The Adobe Cafe, located on Mitchell Street, was a popular bar and Mexican restaurant that had been operating uninterrupted for 30 years. The restaurant was known for its great food and amazing service. The owner, Mariano Herrerias, announced the closure of the restaurant on social media on March 10, 2022. Despite the closure, Mariano was very grateful to the extended family and friends who supported him throughout the years. The Adobe Café permanently closed its doors on April 10th at 10 pm.

To reach Mitchell Street in Philadelphia, you can take the SEPTA bus route 47 or 57 and get off at the intersection of Mitchell Street and East Passyunk Avenue. Alternatively, you can take the Broad Street Line subway to Snyder Station and then walk east on Snyder Avenue until you reach Mitchell Street.
If driving, take I-76 E towards Philadelphia and exit at South Street. Turn left onto South Street and continue straight until you reach East Passyunk Avenue. Turn right onto East Passyunk Avenue and then turn left onto Morris Street. Finally, turn right onto Mitchell Street.
Parking options include street parking on Mitchell Street or nearby streets, as well as paid parking lots located on East Passyunk Avenue.

Although it is with sadness that we learned of its closure on April 10th, we can only express our gratitude for all the wonderful memories and experiences we've had at Adobe Cafe.
