Hello, Cornerstone Family! My name is Ender, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the owner of the Femi’s family of restaurants. Our story began back in the mid-1980s, when my father started the business. I grew up in the restaurant industry, learning first hand that great food is only part of what makes a restaurant successful—it also takes hard work, quality, loyalty, and taking care of the community you serve.
As we continue to grow Femi’s and prepare to open a few new locations in the near future, we are extremely excited to become part of the Cornerstone family and the Prospect Park community. We know Cornerstone has a long history and was built by two Delco icons, Dave and Buzz, who created a place that has meant so much to so many people over the years. We have tremendous respect for what they built, and our goal is to learn the Cornerstone way, preserve what people have loved about it, and combine that tradition with the high-quality food and service that Femi’s is known for.
We’re taking our time and temporarily closing the restaurant so we can completely refresh both the interior and exterior and create an exciting new destination for Delco. We expect to remain closed through the end of September, with plans to reopen in October.
We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. I personally look forward to meeting all of you, becoming part of the Prospect Park community, and welcoming you through our doors. Thank you for your support, your patience, and your excitement. We can’t wait to serve you and create something special together!

🍕 Two Delaware County Favorites. One Incredible New Chapter.
We are excited to officially announce that Cornerstone Pizza and Femi's are joining forces to create something truly special:
Femi's Cornerstone Pizza
For years, Cornerstone Pizza has built its reputation on quality, consistency, and serving our amazing community. At the same time, the Femi's name has been a part of Delaware County for over 40 years, earning the trust and support of generations of customers through great food, passion, and genuine hospitality.
Now, we're bringing the best of both worlds together.
Our mission is simple: continue the Cornerstone experience you know and love while adding the heart, love, care, and creative menu ideas that have made Femi's a Delaware County favorite for decades.
This is more than a new name—it's a new beginning. We're investing in renovations, refreshing the restaurant, and creating an even better experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
We will be temporarily closed while we complete our renovations, but we promise it will be worth the wait. We can't wait to welcome you back to a beautiful new space, introduce exciting new menu items, and continue serving all of your Cornerstone favorites.
Thank you to everyone who has supported both Cornerstone and Femi's over the years. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we're excited to begin this next chapter together.
Stay tuned for renovation updates and our grand opening date. We look forward to serving you soon at Femi's Cornerstone Pizza! ❤️🍕
