Today we celebrate our 10 year Anniversary since opening up our little on . What started as an idea turned into an amazing journey for Chef Fimy and son Ara, serving Chef Fimy’s amazing recipes to thousands of guests with love and appreciation. Over the years we have celebrated engagement proposals, hosted weddings, birthdays, watched THE FIRST & 2nd , appearances on local news, a segment on , powered through Covid, shared holidays with employees and family, and moved to a larger space we currently call home. It has been a challenging road but every day we get up loving what we do and the people we work with. Without our amazing staff members we wouldn’t have made it 1 year. Thank you to our staff, community support, and guests who keep us in love with being Apricot Stone.

Today Apricot Stone celebrates Christmas with Armenians worldwide. Thus we will be closed for service reopening tomorrow with our normal hours.

Have you tried any of our ? Artichoke salad with hearts of palm, roasted red pepper and mushrooms. Vospov Kufteh a red lentils and bulghur wheat with scallions and parsley. Moroccan Pastilia is a phyllo dough pie with shredded and spiced chicken thigh, carrots and peas topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Pink champagne trifle a sweet dessert with layers of rose and cream topped with berries.

Happy Independence Day! We will be open today and tomorrow during the holiday weekend. Our text subscribers can get $4 off any plate dine in or take out on the 4th. We chose to stay open today and close Monday July 7th so that our employees can enjoy a 2 day weekend. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you this weekend and the rest of the summer. 🤞to some nights in the 70s.

Our June Specials have arrived!! Come try this months limited time menu. Bringing back an apricot stone classic eggplant salad. Watermelon with mint and aged Mizithra cheese for a refreshing cool salad as the weather warms up. Trying something new with our jumbo frog legs on fennel and watercress. Vegetarian Aegean flatbread with roasted peppers and feta cheese. An Aleppo specialty Geras (cherry) Kebab with lamb and beef meatballs. Flaky branzino filet baked with fresh veggies. And two light desserts in the lemon posset with fresh berries and middle eastern favorite halawet jbni.

Announcing our May Specials starting Thursday May 1st. We are bringing back some favorites; our beet salad, jajukh and lamb loin chops. And trying some new and creative items like the seared halloumi cheese, Brussels sprouts and homemade fried ice cream 👀 Also for our pescatarian diners we will have a salmon filet over couscous.
