1st Stop on the Pizza Run last night.
The owner was so nice and joined us for the picture.

Lazo’s pizza was a great start, hard to compare the other restaurants to them. They’re pizza crust was so delicious. Kind of a sweet taste and nice and light. I could have eaten a entire pie, but we had 2 more restaurants and 4 more miles to go.

So only 2 slices for me at Lazo’s.

To get to Poplar Street in Philadelphia, you can take the SEPTA bus route 43 which stops at the intersection of Poplar Street and North 10th Street. Alternatively, you can take the Broad Street Line subway to the Spring Garden station and then walk three blocks west on Spring Garden Street to reach Poplar Street.

If you are driving, take I-676 and exit at North 6th street. Turn right onto Callowhill St then left onto North 11th St. You will find metered street parking available near Poplar Street.
