Carmen's Pizza, an Italian restaurant and pizza place that catered to vegetarian and vegan diners, had been serving its community on W Macdade Boulevard since 1959. Their rustic Italian sausage and prosciutto over shells, shrimp creole over bow ties, and baked manicotti with Italian sweet sausage were some of their signature dishes. Carmen's Pizza was known for its family-friendly atmosphere and traditional Italian cuisine. Sadly, Carmen's Pizza has been permanently closed.

To get to the location on W Macdade Boulevard in Ridley, you can take the SEPTA bus route 113 and get off at the intersection of W Macdade Boulevard and Morton Avenue. From there, walk east on W Macdade Boulevard for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you are driving, take I-476 to exit 3 for Baltimore Pike toward Media/Swarthmore. Follow signs for PA-420 N and merge onto Baltimore Pike. Turn left onto PA-420 N/Wanamaker Ave and continue straight onto E MacDade Blvd. Look for parking options along the street or in nearby lots.
