Kings Highway Tavern was a welcoming neighborhood spot in Philadelphia that presented fine food, live entertainment, and private parties. Patrons would visit the tavern for drinks and enjoyable evenings out with friends or loved ones. The restaurant offered an extensive array of entertainment, such as bingo, bands on weekends as well as special occasions themed events like Mother’s Day Bingo or Kentucky Derby. Unfortunately, Kings Highway Tavern is permanently closed now.

To get to the location on Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, you can take the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) and get off at the Girard Station. From there, walk north on Frankford Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you prefer to drive, take I-95 North or South and exit at Girard Avenue. Turn left onto Frankford Avenue and continue for about half a mile until you reach your destination. There is street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions or metered spots.
