There are a few options for getting to E. Washington Lane in Philadelphia, depending on whether you plan to use public transportation or drive/park.

If you're using public transportation, the nearest SEPTA station is the Chelten Avenue Station on the Regional Rail Line. From there, you can take either the H or XH Bus towards Penn's Landing and get off at the E. Washington Lane & Musgrave Street stop. The coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant should be within walking distance from there.

If you're driving, there is limited street parking available in the area. It may be best to look for paid parking lots or garages nearby. Alternatively, you can take Route 611 (Broad Street) to E. Washington Lane and turn onto Musgrave Street to get to the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant.
