Checkers has been bold since Burger #1 and was born out of the idea that a bland and flavorless burger was downright wrong. Americans everywhere deserve a better tasting burger — one that is unexpectedly bold, made-to-order, and priced at a value that's hard to beat. Unfortunately, this restaurant is currently closed and we do not know when it will be reopening.

To get to W. Lehigh Avenue in Philadelphia, you can take the Broad Street Subway Line and get off at the Erie Station. From there, walk west on W. Erie Avenue until you reach W. Lehigh Avenue.

If you are driving, take I-95 North to Exit 22 toward Allegheny Avenue. Turn left onto E. Allegheny Avenue and continue straight until you reach W. Lehigh Avenue.
