This year my Real Estate Business has been an extreme 🎢 ride.
Here are my 3 top highlights...
1. I had 7 deals not close in quarter 1
☆ This equals a $90k loss 🤦♀️
2. I've received $5,515,000 in referrals in quarter 2
☆ This equals a $165k gain 🙋♀️
3. After 0 closings in quarter 1, I have 12 in quarter 2
☆ This is a testament to focus & discipline, even when the rollercoaster ride feels unbearable. Real estate is ever changing but if your stay the course it's an amazing field that I've proudly loved to be licensed in for almost 10 years now.
This year I have been focused on Agent to Agent Referrals, Educating other Realtors (you don't have to make the same mistakes I did, I got you 😉) and nurturing my database.
If you've been considering a career in Real Estate or are already a Realtor but desire building a predictable business send me a DM and let's connect.
Of course if you are looking to Buy, Sell or Invest, I got you covered.
I serve Philly, Montco, Bucks, Lehigh, Delaware, Berks and the Pocono Mountains.

I am at such a lost for words, in tears actually. Charisse and I taught at Franklin for a couple of years and had grown into good friends. When I opened my first restaurant she gave me the biggest support and the most love. Damn. When she opened her business I told everybody, when at Penns Landing I would purchase her food even when not hunger. Like Damn.
She was a mom, mentor, friend, aunt, leader, owner.
She was 42.

Thank you everyone that have been bearing with us. We’re back to temporarily closed due to a few ongoing issues including sustainability from the pandemic, grief during Covid, and this “new norm” to service operations. We opened this dedication restaurant to provide great service and a feeling of community. We are re-evaluating what that looks like for you, our guests.
