French picnic anyone? Last night, our team celebrated HSMAI Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s 14th Annual Hospitality Summer Outing with a french picnic style menu that sent our taste buds on a trip to France! C'est Magnifique! 🇫🇷🥖🌻
Guests were greeted with a special appearance from our very own Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix along with French-themed cuisine like Sweet Potato Mousseline, Ratatouille Niçoise and Blue, White and Red Truffles. Yum!
