You all know how much I love food but you didn’t know that meditaranian food is my favorite ! Well I went to produce junction in Northfeild NJ today and this strip mall was this market that sells fresh food as well . Of course I went in to go check it out as a stranger , then walked out feeling like I was part of their family . What a wonderful family that runs it including their daughter that makes all the fresh pastries . You all have to go stop in and check them out it’s been there for over fifty years in the same spot ! Zaytouna mediterranean market nj thank you so much for a wonderful meal and conversation everything was so good especially the falafel my favorite . I look forward to feeding your family soon as well 🥰 and yes I gave you all a five star review because you deserve it !!

When my bride and groom love pickles!! I told them I would make my garlic , dill and crushed red pepper infused ones .
These will marinate until the wedding on Saturday so all the guests will get them on the side of their slow roasted sweet honey garlic barbecue pulled chicken sandwiches topped with melted smoked cheddar and served on a toasted brioche bun. I’m getting so excited for their Halloween wedding it’s going to be awesome 👰!!!!

Today I had the pleasure of being a private chef for a division of South Jersey Gas Company for a special breakfast meeting .
They enjoyed the food so much that I look forward to serving them again soon and all of their multiple locations in South Jersey .

Thank you to everyone that came out and supported my small business . It was an absolute pleasure cooking for everyone!!
Will sold out of all our slow roasted Italian roast pork sandwiches and chicken bruschetta wraps today !
This is was the last family to get two of our roast pork sandwiches and they were so happy 😊as you can see .
We hope to be back at the Evesham Township Friday Night Farmers Market and Street Festival in November and the Christmas Parade in December .

To reach the snack van and caterer or food truck in Egg Harbor City, if you are using public transport, you can take the bus/train to Egg Harbor City station and walk towards Philadelphia Avenue. On reaching Philadelphia Avenue, turn left onto Buffalo Ave then right on Liverpool Ave where you will find the vendor.
If you are driving, take Atlantic City Expressway and exit at 12 towards Route 575 S/Pleasantville. Keep driving straight until you reach Philadelphia Avenue, turn right on it, continue straight then make a left on Buffalo Ave. After a short distance, turn right onto Liverpool Ave where you'll find the vendor.
Parking is available along Liverpool avenue but limited so parking on nearby streets might be necessary depending on availability.
