Hey friends. We just wanted to reach out to you all and ask that you take a moment to say a prayer for our dad, Joe McAtee, Sr.
Joe is going through some difficult health issues at the moment, and we believe the power of prayer can really make all the difference. He is a devout Catholic, an amazing husband, father and grandfather, and also the man without whom there would be no HONEY Restaurant. He and our mother, Jeanne, believed in us enough to risk so much during the recession of 2007 in order to help us realize our dream of starting a restaurant. This, as well as his constant love, kindness, bravery, and mentorship to his family and everyone who's ever known him makes him a living angel in our eyes. We could go on and on singing his praises, but in short we'd like anyone who loves Honey to please take a moment and wish him well in the comment section of this post. Because if you love this restaurant, he's the one who deserves the credit. We literally wouldn't exist without him. So let's send him some love, prayers, and positive vibrations!
We love you, Dad! Get well soon and God bless you!
