Something fun we want to try this summer!

🍋 LIMONCELLO RECIPE 🍋
Ingredients
13 Sorrento or Amalfi lemons
2 quarts - 2 lit Pure Alcohol (95%)
2 1/2 cups - 650 g Sugar
1 quart - 1 lit Natural Water
Directions
In a jar pour alcohol and lemons zest then let stand for 1 month in the dark at room temperature.
After 1 month in a pot with boiling water pour sugar and stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Let cool syrup to cool down before adding in the jar.
Cover jar and replace it into a dark place for another month then filter the liquid removing bark.
Product should be stored in the freezer.
