Oktoberfest was a party. Now it’s time to get our FALL FEST on.
And Mother Nature is playing along because TOMORROW IS SHAPING UP TO BE THE PERFECT FALL DAY. Crisp fall vibes, biers flowing, and absolutely no reason to sit inside.
We’re taking over the SOUTH STREET TOMORROW with the rest of the businesses - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17TH, FROM 12–8 PM for a full day of street-side shenanigans.

OKTOBERFEST WAS FUN… BUT NOW IT’S FALL, Y’ALL!
This Saturday, we’re taking over the street and turning the 700 block of South Street into your favorite kind of fall hangout.
🍺 Biergarten in the street? You bet.
🎸 Live music? Absolutely.
🌭 Food worth leaving the house for? You know it.
🍻 Your favorite biers being poured? Now we’re talking.
Your Saturday plans just made themselves. There will be biers. There will be food. There will be music. There will probably be someone who says they’re only staying for one and ends up here until 8. You know who you are.

We took an ordinary military armory and turned it into a full-blown Bavarian Oktoberfest tent — Giant steins, lederhosen, live music, dancing, ridiculous amounts of bier and enough chaos to make you question how this is technically still Philadelphia.
And now the countdown is basically in the “OH S**T, WE’RE ALMOST HERE” phase.

In exactly 72-ish hours, the Armory will become a full-blown Bavarian fever dream.
And apparently, YOU PEOPLE ARE READY.

But don’t panic… FRIDAY NIGHT/SATURDAY NIGHT VIP ARE STILL AVAILABLE.
If you’ve been saying “I’ll grab my tickets later” … later is becoming a very dangerous word.
BECAUSE - Once they’re gone, they’re GONE. No magic ticket fairy. No “but my friend is inside.” No standing outside the Armory looking sad while everyone else is drinking Hofbräu.

4 DAYS. FOUR. DAYS.
Still debating whether you should come to Armory Oktoberfest?
We’re here to make that decision extremely easy.
1. IT’S NOT JUST OKTOBERFEST.
We take a literal historic armory and turn it into a full-blown Bavarian b**r hall. Think Munich Oktoberfest… but make it Philly. Hofbräu bier, giant steins, German food, live music, dancing, and enough chaos to make Oma nervous.
2. THE BIER. OBVIOUSLY.
Hofbräu is flowing. Steins are getting filled. And yes, you are absolutely allowed to practice your bier-holding technique. This is basically athletic training.
3. YOU GET TO EAT, DRINK & BE RIDICULOUS.
German food. Giant pretzels. Sausages. Dancing. Dirndls. Lederhosen. Questionable dance moves. You know… CULTURE.
4. BECAUSE EVERYONE WHO GOES WILL BE TALKING ABOUT IT AFTER.
This isn’t your average weekend night at the bar. It’s four hours inside a completely transformed Philly armory that feels like you just walked straight into Munich.
And one very important update:

Once Oktoberfest is over … we’ll have a new problem … It’s FALL, YA’LL. And apparently we’re incapable of having a normal Saturday, so naturally…
BRAUHAUS SCHMITZ FALL FEST is happening.

We’re taking everything we love about Oktoberfest, throwing it into a giant fall-themed blender, and seeing what happens.
• BIERGARTEN style
• Delicious Foods
• LITER LIFT COMPETITION
• More bier than anyone reasonably needs
• AND LIVE MUSIC by citizen.riot
Oktoberfest may be ending, but we clearly haven’t learned our lesson.
So come drink bier outside, eat something delicious, listen to Citizen Riot, attempt to lift a liter like you have something to prove, and generally make questionable decisions with your friends.

HOW DID THIS… TURN INTO THIS?! 👀
A completely ordinary-looking armory…
…and then we got our hands on it.
A LOT of hard work.
A LOT of bier.
A LOT of questionable decisions.
And approximately 47,000 trips carrying tables, tents, decorations and everything remotely Bavarian.
And somehow… BOOM. 💥
You walk through those doors and suddenly you’re not in Philly anymore.
YOU’RE IN MUNICH!
The 23rd Street Armory Oktoberfest is ONLY 5 DAYS AWAY.
And we are about to turn this place into one hell of a Bavarian party.
🚨 SATURDAY DAY SESSION IS OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT. 🚨
As in… THERE ARE NO MORE TICKETS!!!.
So please save the “I know a person…” calls.
Because if that person has a ticket, they should have told you to buy yours about three weeks ago.

THE ARMORY. IS. NEXT. WEEKEND.
The 8th Annual 23rd Street Armory Oktoberfest is (almost) ONE WEEK AWAY — and things are getting very real around here.
🎟️ SATURDAY DAY SESSION = SOLD OUT!
(You people understood the assignment!!)
But if you didn’t snag those tickets… DON’T PANIC. There are still tickets for the other sessions, but they are moving FAST.
Here’s what’s waiting for you inside the Armory:

MEET KONRAD GRASER’S BRAUNBIER 🍺
A little piece of 19th-century Bamberg has landed at the ‘Haus.
This 5.6% unfiltered Braunbier is based on the historic brewing records of Bamberg brewmaster Konrad Graser — and it’s made using an old-school technique called Maischeteigen, where the mash is worked almost like a dough.
The result? Deep, rich malt character, toasted grain, fresh-baked bread vibes and a touch of spice.
Basically… liquid bread.
And no, despite its Bamberg roots, this one is NOT a Rauchbier — there’s no smoked malt hiding in here.
