We’re not saying this board is a vitamin chart … but science might be …
A 2026 study out of the Technical University of Munich just gave us the kind of science we can REALLY get behind…
Turns out bier is packed with Vitamin B6 (you know, the good stuff for brain power, metabolism, and keeping you feeling like a champion). One 1/2 liter can deliver about 15–20% of your daily dose… with Bock bier being the overachiever of the bunch.

On this day in 1516, Bavaria dropped the ultimate mic with the Reinheitsgebot — the German Beer Purity Law — declaring that bier should be made with only water, barley, and hops (yeast came later once science caught up 😉). Over 500 years later… we’re still drinking to that.
