Arugula is currently looking for experienced line Cooks to join our
Team for IMMEDIATE HIRE. Italian culinary knowledge preferred. Must be able to work weekends. Looking for full time applicants, flexible to work 5 days a week. Spanish speaking a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years previous BOH experience • Working a fast-paced line • Must understand basic cooking and food preparation techniques • Good knife handling skills • Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred) • Ordering, receiving, + inventory Qualities: • Great attitude and able to take direction well • Strong work ethic • Desire to learn and advance • Organized and able to move with a sense of urgency while keeping a clean station and work area • Repetitive task-oriented • Strong communication skills • Thrives well on a motivated team • Stable work history
