Coming to a Calm Waters near you!
Ready or not, we have a brand new coffee that’s going on drip very soon. Lucero, from Cajamarca, Peru is everything we love about the world of coffee.
For a washed coffee from this part of the world, we were surprised by its fruity flavors and juicy body 👀 There was even a floral component that we couldn’t get enough of. So whether you like your morning coffee with cream and sugar or just as it is, this is one you don’t wanna miss. Give it a try and see for yourself.

New Bean Alert 🚨🚨
We’ve got a brand new espresso hitting the shelf! This coffee, from farmer Leticia Hutchins, is exactly what espresso dreams are made of. It’s chocolatey and sweet and the perfect complement to anything our baristas can whip up.
We’d recommend it in a cortado, an americano or straight up. Or if you’re feeling your coffee self, get a barista breakfast: a shot of espresso and a cortado. You won’t be disappointed.
As always, it will be available in-store and online (shipped right to your door).

We’ve got some newbie’s!! Two new coffees are on the way, Calm Waters crew!
Lucero is our newest drip straight from Peru! A total surprise in the best way. Instead of the usual chocolatey, earthy Peruvian vibe, this one brings floral + fruity notes that we can't wait for you to try.
Leticia Hutchins is going to be our new espresso - rich, chocolatey, and super smooth! It’s amazing on its own but if you enjoy a milk based beverage, you may find it shines even more in a cortado or cappuccino!
Both coffees hit shelves in the next week or so!Chat with your baristas, grab a bag, and get ready - some delicious changes are brewing.

New Bean Alert!!
This coffee is named for the brightly colored bird seen all over Burundi, and is part of an incredible sustainability program through our importer, Sucafina.
Their Beyond Flagship: Livestock Program directs proceeds from our purchases to coffee farming families to provide access to livestock, something difficult to obtain on their own. Access to (and ownership of) livestock enables these smallholder coffee farms to supplement their income in ways that coffee cannot. It's all designed to help build sustainable life at the other end of the supply chain.
On top of all of this… it’s a bomb coffee with tasting notes of plum, nectarine and peach tea. Catch it on drip in the next week or two. Or grab a bag off the shelf at either location.

Oat Crunch…
Half granola. Half oatmeal. Totally delicious. And TUESDAY, MARCH 31, if you buy one, we’re going to give you a cup of drip coffee, ON US!
We took oatmeal to the next level with craisins and our own, house-made, gluten free granola. To seal the deal we top it all with some orange blossom honey. It’s the perfect compliment to a cup of coffee, which is exactly how food should work. We’re not saying it’s breakfast, but it’s absolutely the right fuel to get you started with whatever you’ve got going.
