Hatboro, you asked. We listened! 🍳🥓
After years of 102 S York Road being one of Hatboro’s go-to breakfast spots, we think it’s about time breakfast made its return!
We’ve heard from so many of you asking us to bring breakfast back to this location, and we’re excited to finally say… IT’S HAPPENING!
We’re still working on the menu, putting together the right team, and getting everything ready, but we’re hoping to have breakfast up and running sometime in November!
Of course, we’ll have all your breakfast favorites, but you know we can’t leave it at just that! We’re putting our own Bleigh Street twist on breakfast with some unique, creative, chef-inspired specials and dishes you won’t find on your typical breakfast menu. We’ve got some pretty exciting ideas in the works, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
With that being said, WE’RE HIRING! We’re looking for experienced breakfast cooks and front-of-house servers to join our team. Breakfast experience is a must! If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, please reach out to us!

We’re hiring at Bleigh Street on York!
We’re looking to bring on a few experienced prep cooks and line cooks to join our kitchen team!
Hours are Tuesday through Sunday with shifts available from 9am-4pm, 10am-9pm and 3pm-9pm.
We offer good pay, good hours and frequent opportunities for raises based on performance and work ethic.
We’re looking for people who have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, can move quickly, stay organized and most importantly SHOW UP and be reliable. We need people who can keep up with a busy kitchen and work well with the rest of our team.
If you have kitchen experience, a good attitude and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

We normally don’t address negative reviews publicly, but this one has us genuinely confused, and we’re hoping someone can help us make sense of it.
We recently received a 1-star Google review claiming that a customer arrived at our restaurant at noon, found us completely closed, waited outside for 20 minutes, and watched three other vehicles pull up only to discover we weren’t open.
Here’s where we’re confused.
Our hours are:
Monday – Closed
Tuesday – 12 PM - 7PM
Wednesday through Friday – 11 AM-8 PM
Saturday 12 PM-8 PM
Sunday – 12 PM-sold out
We take our business, our customers, and our reputation extremely seriously. We work incredibly hard every day, and when we make a mistake, we’re the first to own it.
But this review simply doesn’t add up to us. We have no recollection of a day when our restaurant was closed during opening hours, with nobody inside, and especially this past Tuesday where we were open at 12 and had orders going out at that time.
We’re hoping to get some clarification. Was there a misunderstanding about our location and they were at the wrong place? Was this possibly a Monday? Or is there something we’re missing?
If anyone else experienced this or has any information that could help us understand what happened, we’d genuinely appreciate hearing from you.
As a small, family-run business, reviews have a real impact on us. We’ve worked incredibly hard to build our reputation, and it’s frustrating to receive a 1-star review for something we can’t even verify happened.
We welcome honest feedback, good or bad. All we ask is that it’s accurate and fair.
