It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dennis Hunt, our beloved baker, teammate, and friend.
Dennis was part of the Gullifty’s family for over 40 years, starting with us back in 1981. For generations of guests, his desserts, especially his legendary chocolate mousse pie, were a signature part of the Gullifty’s experience. But to those of us who worked alongside him, Dennis was so much more.
He brought joy to our kitchen every single day. His infectious laugh, kind spirit, and steady presence made him someone everyone loved being around. He was not just an employee, he was part of the heart and soul of this place.
While we are deeply saddened by his loss, we are incredibly grateful for the decades we were lucky enough to share with him.
Please join us in keeping Dennis and his family in your thoughts. His impact on Gullifty’s, and on all of us, will never be forgotten.
Rest easy, Dennis. 💙

To get to the American restaurant and New American restaurant located on W Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr, you can take public transportation by heading to the nearest train station and taking a train that stops at Bryn Mawr station. From there, it is a short walk west on Lancaster Avenue until you reach your destination.
If you prefer driving, take the main roads towards Bryn Mawr and turn onto W Lancaster Avenue. Look for parking spots along the street or nearby parking lots. Once parked, head west on W Lancaster Avenue until you reach the restaurants.
