What people say
As a popular chain in the city of Philadelphia, Così has been known for its unique menu offerings and cozy atmosphere. However, online reviews and comments about the brand paint a mixed picture of the restaurant.
Some customers rave about the fresh ingredients used in their salads and sandwiches, while others criticize the slow service and high prices. Many reviews also mention issues with cleanliness, including dirty tables and unclean bathrooms.
One common complaint among reviewers is the inconsistency of food quality across different locations. Some customers have had great experiences at one location, only to be disappointed at another.
On the other hand, some loyal customers defend Così and praise the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. They appreciate the variety of options on the menu and find that the prices are reasonable for the quality of food.
Interestingly, some reviewers note that they have noticed a decline in the brand's popularity over time. Many attribute this to increased competition from other chains and local eateries.
Despite these mixed reviews, it is clear that Così has made a name for itself in Philadelphia. Whether you decide to try it out for yourself or rely on the opinions of others, it is important to remember that everyone's experience may differ.
