To get to Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia by public transport, take either the Chestnut Hill West or Chestnut Hill East train to the Chestnut Hill station. From there, take the SEPTA bus number 23 towards Broad St and Erie Ave. Get off at the intersection of Germantown and Highland Avenues.
If driving, head north on Henry Avenue until it becomes Lincoln Drive. Continue on Lincoln Drive for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Wissahickon Avenue. Turn right onto Wissahickon Avenue, and then turn left onto Germantown Avenue.
There should be parking available along Germantown Avenue as well as side streets nearby. Please note that parking meters are enforced Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm.
