To reach Civic Center Boulevard in Philadelphia, you can take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line to the University City station and then walk south on Convention Avenue towards Civic Center Boulevard. Alternatively, you can take the Route 31 bus from Market Street and get off at Convention Avenue/Civic Center Boulevard intersection.
If you prefer to drive, you can take I-76 West and exit at South Street. Turn left onto Schuylkill Avenue and continue onto Convention Avenue until you reach Civic Center Boulevard.
