To get to Spruce Street in Philadelphia by public transport, take any bus or train that stops at 15th and Walnut Streets. From there, walk south on 15th Street for three blocks until you reach Spruce Street. Turn left onto Spruce Street and continue walking for one block.
If you are driving, take I-676 E towards Center City Philadelphia. Take the exit towards Broad Street/Central Philadelphia and merge onto Vine Street Expressway. Turn right onto S 15th St then left onto Spruce St.
Parking options near Spruce St include metered street parking and paid parking garages such as the Central Parking System located on 1515 Locust St., a five-minute walk from Insomnia Cookies.
Once you reach Spruce Street, follow it until you reach a shop on the corner of the street serving ice cream. If you keep walking down that street for a few minutes, you will come across an ice cream parlor as well as a restaurant offering food delivery services.
