Morris Home, the only residential recovery program in the country to offer comprehensive services specifically for the transgender and gender-expansive community, provides a safe, recovery-oriented environment in which people exist as their authentic selves and are treated with respect and dignity 🏳️⚧️😌
October 11th is National Coming Out Day. Coming out can be dangerous for trans individuals, often time being kicked out of their homes and families. The trans community disproportionately faces higher rates of homelessness and drug addiction, but Morris Home is there to help.

In the 19th C. before refrigeration, ice cream was considered a fancy treat, and was often molded into shapes, and served at banquets. We have a collection of mostly smaller molds that range from hearts and swans, to corn and pumpkins!

- Take the Market-Frankford Line (the Blue Line) to the 2nd Street Station. From there, walk one block east to Market Street and turn left. Walk four blocks until you reach the ice cream shop.
