To get to Richmond Street in Philadelphia, you can take the SEPTA bus route 15 or 89 and get off at the Richmond St & Clearfield St stop. If you prefer driving, take I-95 and exit at Allegheny Avenue. Turn left onto Richmond Street and look for parking along the street or in nearby lots/garages. The ice cream shop and restaurant are located on this street, so you can just look for the signage or ask locals for directions.
