It’s been a while since our last employee spotlight, and we’re excited to introduce you to Jamar, who has been an integral part of the Ellis Coffee team for the past 8 years as our Machine Operator.
If you're a fan of our bold dark roast coffees like 1854 Signature Dark Roast, Guatemalan French Roast, Dock Street, and more, you have Jamar to thank. He takes tremendous pride in ensuring our dark roast coffees are expertly packaged and delivered to customers with the quality and consistency they expect from Ellis Coffee.
When he’s not at work, Jamar is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Whether it's the Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, or Flyers, he’s all in when it comes to cheering on the hometown teams.
Jamar’s favorite coffee is our 1854 Signature Dark Roast, thanks to its rich notes of chocolate and toasted malt sugar balanced with a smooth dark roast finish. He’s also one of our trusted taste testers for seasonal flavored coffee development, providing honest, thoughtful feedback that helps shape the limited-time flavors we bring to market each year.
